How We Started?
Videh Foundation started its journey back in 2007 through the empowerment of marginalized communities- especially women through series of advocacy programs, trainings, knowledge sharing sessions, IEC resources and campaigns both at central and local level in Nepal. As then, the country was all set to have the Constituent Assembly Election and making federal Constitution, the Foundation capacitated thousands of women and marginalized ones on civic and political rights, electoral education, state restructuring, local governance and accountability.
